The series ZJ Roots vacuum pump is without overlow valve. The fiqure-of-eight rotors are counter-rotating at a constant speed insidethe pump housing for sucion and exhaust of gas. Two rotors are supported by two bearings and synchronized by a pair of gears,which ensure these two rotors in certain relative posiions. Thev are near to one another and to the housing without actal contactingso wbrication is unnecessary in the working housing,"he careluly balance operaling parts and high precision bevel wheels ensure thepump be operated stably and coninuously under the condiion of high-pressure diference. Dynamic seal parts use our patentechnology and imoorted oil seals. The vibralion of shalt at the shalt seals is controlled to less than 0.02mm aainst oil leaking, The "O" rings are used for sealing the pump body, two sideseries ZJ Roots vacuum pump is machined by CNC manufacturing center.covers and two end covers. All parts of pump have good compatilbilitly, so the overhaul is very easy. One-inlet and three-outletstructural design of pump is convenient for users to install and use. The pump can't be operated individually and should be used inconnection with backing vacuum pump. The screw pump, oil seal pump and water ring pump are all suitable as backing pump for Rootspump. The Roots pump can be used to pump a mass of condensable gases when it connected with screw pump or water ring pump.
